We always visit clients in order to understand their business culture. Likewise we always meet every candidate face-to-face, in order to understand their priorities and aspirations. Matching candidate to company culture underpins our entire approach and we couldn’t possibly tell the client or the candidate what the other were like if we hadn’t sat down with both parties.
Recruitment is a massive responsibility, and it’s not one we take lightly. To us it’s not about the transaction, and it’s not a numbers game. It’s about putting the right person, into the right business, at the right time.
